| Speed racing i was printing my projects in photo department and our lab tech Jim came up to me asking me if i wanna go take pictures of Roland's speed racing event. Roland Percey, who s a photo professor in my college for many year and my current Digital photography class teacher.
So i said, sure! great! when?
Jim said, this Sat.
i was like wait a minutes, roland suppose to TEACH our class on sat....IS MY PROFESSOR DITCHING THE CLASS? hey if my professor ditches the class, i m not gonna go either
( i talked to the sub teacher, Rachel, i got busted, cuz she said this digital photography class is too easy for me, what the hell you need to take that class for?)
So here- El Mirage Dry Lake, California.
it was over 100 degree here, and roland was wearing fire proof gear...extremmmmmly hot.
It was really interesting to see those old folks are crazy about racing.  Roland got 188 miles per hour this time.

Jim Large is our photo lab tech. he has been working there at 10+years.
He hardly ever model for students..i was surprised he actually said yes..
The other thing about being a photographer-not only you need to have a skill to take pictures, but also skills with people.
